One of the most challenging Real Estate sales I had was several years ago on an acreage that was being sold after a divorce, had a financially involved ex mother-in-law and the property was serviced by a well that wasn’t supplying adequate water! A new well needed to be dug in order to sell the property. We actually found and hired a “Well Witcher” to find water (which didn’t work), I had never heard of such a thing! It took drilling on several sites on the property, sometimes 30ft, some attempts to 300ft to find water.
This had some extra-ordinary challenges, far above a normal transaction, but once a Buyer was interested, we negotiated a win/win solution and the purchaser is still happy in the property to this day! All parties thanked me and told me “they would never forget what I did to help them in their situation.”

Mike’s 18 year career in the airline industry left him with vast knowledge of the air regulations and is one of the few drone pilots in Canada certified with Transport Canada to be a flight reviewer.
