March is Here, February stats are out!

February was a solid, busy month for us. People are inquiring about listing their properties, we have been listing wonderful properties. Keeping in touch with our client base is something we are always trying to make happen and keep everyone as informed as much as possible.With the turmoil that has been happening down south of the “49th” there seems to be a magnitude of uncertainty, but with uncertainty also comes opportunity. Canadians are coming together like never before and it is truly amazing to watch. The weather is improving with temperatures rising creeping up to those wonderful double digits. The snow in the valley is almost all gone but still looking beautiful on the mountain peaks which make breathtaking views all around. We attended a marketing course in Burnaby as well and that was incredibly amazing with truly outstanding people.
